ISRO Achieves Breakthrough as SpaDeX Satellites Successfully Undock

Bangalore - India’s space research program has reached a major milestone with the successful undocking of the SpaDeX satellites. This achievement places India among a select group of nations capable of autonomous space docking and undocking, a crucial technology for future missions.  

The two satellites, launched into orbit earlier this year, were designed to test the ability to perform complex docking maneuvers. Their success paves the way for ambitious projects like Chandrayaan-4, the Gaganyaan human spaceflight program, and a future Indian space station.  

With this mission, ISRO has further solidified its reputation as a rising force in space exploration. The breakthrough marks another step toward India’s long-term goal of leading in advanced space technologies.
