Poison on Your Plate: Shocking Filth Exposed in Telangana Dairy Giant
Hyderabad - A horrifying discovery has shaken Telangana's dairy industry as authorities uncovered gut-wrenching contamination at a leading dairy producer. During a routine inspection at Shakti Milk and Milk Products in Jangaon district, officials stumbled upon a scene straight out of a nightmare—mosquitoes swarming in ghee, a dead lizard lying near food storage, and unhygienic conditions that would make anyone’s stomach turn.
The dairy, which supplies thousands of liters of milk and curd daily across multiple districts, was found to be in an appalling state. Equipment was rusted, floors and ceilings were damaged, and sanitation was virtually nonexistent. Essential records like pest control logs and water analysis reports were missing, raising alarming questions about long-standing negligence.
To protect consumers from potential health hazards, authorities immediately discarded 720 kg of contaminated curd and seized another 1,700 kg due to labeling violations and suspected substandard quality. Samples were sent for urgent lab testing, and strict legal action under food safety laws is now on the horizon.
As public confidence crumbles, one chilling question remains—how many more toxic secrets are lurking in the food we eat?
