Saif Ali Khan Stabbing Case: Accused Nabbed After Intense Manhunt

Mumbai - The chilling attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan at his Bandra residence took a decisive turn as the Mumbai Police apprehended the accused on January 19, 2025. The suspect, identified as Aakash Kailash Kannojia, was arrested in Thane after evading capture for three days.

The terrifying incident unfolded when an armed intruder entered Khan’s home through a fire escape. The assailant first attacked a house help, demanding ₹1 crore, and later clashed with Khan, leaving the actor with serious stab wounds near his spine. Quick action by the family ensured that Khan received emergency surgery, saving his life.  

The Arrest and Investigation  

Mumbai Police pieced together evidence from CCTV footage to track down Kannojia. Though he initially provided a fake identity, officers confirmed his involvement through detailed questioning. Authorities are now delving deeper into his motives and potential accomplices.
