The actor has installed bulletproof glass panels on his balcony to safely greet fans, along with high-tech surveillance systems and CCTV cameras to monitor suspicious activities.  

Attack in April 2024

The decision to fortify his home comes after an alarming attack in April 2024, when gunmen on a motorcycle fired shots at his residence. Salman suspects the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, known for issuing threats over the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case, to be behind the assault. The Bishnoi community reveres blackbucks as sacred, fueling their hostility toward Khan.  

Murder of Baba Siddique Intensifies Feud

The stakes escalated in October 2024 with the assassination of Baba Siddique, a close associate of Salman Khan. The Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder, citing Siddique’s close ties with the actor as a motive. Authorities are investigating the gang's involvement in a series of related criminal activities.
