Tripura Triumph: State Emblem Finally Approved After Five Decades
Tripura - In a landmark development, Tripura has officially received approval for its state emblem from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), marking a significant milestone in the state's journey since attaining full statehood over five decades ago.
Designing a Unique Identity
The newly approved emblem features the national emblem of India at its center, superimposed on an outline of Tripura's map. Encased within a saffron-colored circle, the emblem bears the inscription "Satyamev Jayate" beneath the Ashoka Chakra. A green circle borders the emblem, with a ribbon at the bottom displaying "Government of Tripura." This design harmoniously blends national symbols with elements representing Tripura's unique identity.

Reflecting Cultural Heritage

As the emblem is adopted across official documents and state representations, it will serve as a constant reminder of Tripura's pride and progress.
